President and CEO
Miguel Silva Dias
Miguel Silva Dias is the President and CEO of MSD Holdings Group. His professional career spans multiple industries throughout the United States and Portugal, including construction, management, development, health, wellness, and beauty. Mr. Dias founded MSD Holdings Group to help select businesses and investors take control of their own wealth and profitability by creating a one-stop marketplace for accessing a wide range of exclusive projects, goods, and services.
Mr. Dias holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in health management from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Southern Massachusetts University, an associate degree in science from Cape Cod Community College, and an associate degree in arts from Bristol Community College. Mr. Dias is continuing his education at Nova Southeastern University, where he is pursuing both undergraduate and graduate degrees in International Business.

Dr. Gil Erikson
Dr. Gil Eriksen brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field to the Board of MSD Holdings Inc. As a seasoned educator and problem-solver, Dr. Eriksen acts in an advisory capacity on behalf of the company and the board. He holds a Doctor of Education and a doctorate in Human Sexuality. He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a certified addiction professional.
Tim A. Shane
Attorney Tim A. Shane is the principal attorney for MSD Holdings Group specializing in estate planning, taxes, and corporate transactions. As a practicing attorney in South Florida since 1983, Mr. Shane has represented thousands of estate planning clients as well as bank trust departments at Wachovia Bank (Wells Fargo), Northern Trust Bank, and Bank of America in probate and guardianship matters.
Mr. Shane is the former president of the Broward County Planned Giving Counsel and has been on the boards of advisors for many prominent charities.

Rui Monteiro
Rui Monteiro is the principal accountant and financial advisor for MSD Holdings Group, as well as for Utopic Observador Unipessoal LDA, a subdivision of MSD Holdings Group in Azores Portugal. Mr. Monteiro is a professional economist who has been practicing accounting, economics consulting, and insurance in Portugal since 2000. He is also the principal owner of INVESYSTEM Company with offices in the Azores and Braga, Portugal.
